What are your shipping policies?Most orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase depending on product availability. Orders placed during the weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day. Once your order has been placed, transit time is between 1-3 business days depending on your shipping address. Shipment may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and any other unexpected conditions.

How will I know when my order has shipped?An email along with tracking information will be sent once the order has been placed to keep you updated on the status of your order. Please submit the correct email and phone number to prevent you from not receiving a notification of your order.

Whats your refund or exchange policy?Your satisfaction matters to us, therefore you can request a refund or reshipment for your ordered products if it has been damaged or the wrong item was sent. Items must be unopened with the seal unbroken, if not your refund will not be processed.

Do I need to be certified in classic training before taking an advanced training class?Yes, you will need to be certified in classic training prior to taking another training in order to be qualified.
